By utilizing our services or speaking with our travel specialists to make reservations, you agree to our agreement (collectively known as the "Terms of Service") without any conditions or modifications, thereby agreeing to its terms and conditions.

If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to change or modify the agreement at any time, at our only control, without prior notice. Your continued access or use of this website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified agreement

Forbidden Activities

It is strictly forbidden to download, display, or copy any part of the website's content, including the services and their presentation. Disputes

Advice

In cases where the credit card holder is not traveling, airlines may ask passengers to provide a copy of both sides of the credit card used for booking (with the CVV code obscured). A written permission from the cardholder, confirming the purchase and specifying the names of the passengers and travel details, might also be needed at check-in. Boarding may be rejected if these documents are not available.

Our Right to Cancel the Reservation

When making a flight reservation with us, you must provide truthful and verifiable information. Farepact does not tolerate any misrepresentation of facts. We have the right to cancel your reservation if there is any mistake on your part. If we discover that your booking request is unauthorized or your information is incorrect at any time during or after the booking process, Farepact may cancel your reservation without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate you or refund the cancellation. You agree not to hold Farepact responsible for any losses due to the cancellation.

Airlines typically do not accept unfair booking practices like hidden city ticketing and back-to-back ticketing. These are strictly prohibited and can lead to the cancellation of your booking, denied boarding, or additional charges. Please make sure to follow the relevant airline's terms of service when booking with Farepact. If we find you engaged in these practices, we also reserve the right to cancel your booking, and no refund will be provided.

Flight Schedule Adjustments and Cancellations

Farepact has no influence over airlines' decisions regarding changes to flight schedules or cancellations. These changes are made by the airline's internal policies. Airlines may alter departure times, and dates, or cancel flights due to operational changes or unforeseen events, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or financial distress.

Changes in Airfare

A booking is considered confirmed only after ticket issuance. Airlines may occasionally adjust the fare of an itinerary, even after it has been confirmed. Farepact is not responsible for these fare adjustments. We will notify customers of any changes in fare for confirmed bookings. Should the fare increase, customers have the option to cancel the booking or pay the additional amount. Refunds for cancellations will depend on the airline's policy.

Confidentiality Clause

Under our terms and conditions, you agree to keep your e-ticket information confidential. Sharing your details with unauthorized third parties can lead to misuse for illegal purposes or personal gain. Farepact will not be liable for any issues arising from a breach of this confidentiality. You bear full responsibility for maintaining the security of your information.

If your e-ticket Travel ID is used by a third party to cancel a reservation, a refund may not be guaranteed. We do not ensure refunds under these circumstances.

Booking Process

Farepact is dedicated to making the flight booking experience as seamless and convenient as possible. We reserve the right to accept or reject your booking request based on the availability of the itinerary with a separate airline.

Booking confirmation requires your acceptance of our terms of service. We may update or change the booking process at our sole control without prior notice. These updates or changes will automatically take effect once implemented.

Once an e-ticket is issued, you cannot alter your name, destination, or any other details associated with the booking.

If you plan to fly within a week of booking, you must use your credit card for payment, and the name on the card must match your own.

Booking Service Fee and Additional Processing Fee
