When you request a cancellation with our customer service team, we will send you a confirmation email. This is just an acknowledgment of your request and not a confirmation of refund eligibility.
We will then contact the relevant suppliers and airlines to seek waivers, which depend on their rules. Once a decision is made, we will inform you. The outcome is subject to the policies of the airlines and suppliers. If your refund is approved, we will notify you, though it might take some time for the funds to appear in your account.
However, if we can obtain a waiver from the airline or supplier, we will pass the benefit to you.
If you cancel your reservation by calling within 24 hours of the flight departure and your departure date is after 7 days from the day you booked your reservation. Then we will review your refund request in line with the airline's policies.
We aim to provide accurate trip details on our website, but errors may occur. If we correct the error after your booking is confirmed and the fare increases, you can either pay the difference or cancel the booking.
If the airline approves both the cancellation and refund, we will credit the refund to the original payment method. Typically, this process takes 24-72 business hours for timely cancellations and 4-5 business weeks for later ones. Processing times may also vary depending on your bank's policies.

All flight bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel, you might be eligible for a refund if you notify our customer service within 24 hours of your scheduled flight. Please note that tickets used in part, such as for one-way, round-trip, or multi-city itineraries, cannot be refunded. Non-refundable tickets can only be exchanged for another ticket of equal or greater value with the same airline, subject to the airline's rules and regulations.
Exchanging non-refundable tickets may involve an airline penalty, and you may also need to pay any fare differences. Credits from these tickets usually have a limited validity period, so check directly with the airline for the expiration date. To avoid losing the credit, use it with the same airline and pay any applicable penalties and fare increases before the credit expires.
We only cancel confirmed trips if allowed by the airline. Generally, confirmed itineraries cannot be changed. If you request changes, such as different travel dates or routes, we will process your request with the airline, but this is dependent on their policy and the class of service . Making changes to your booking, like adjusting travel dates, may take up to 72 hours. You accept any risk of delays or losses that may occur during this process. The airline's approval of itinerary changes is outside our control.
For changes or cancellations, please reach out to FAREPACT.COM rather than the airline. If the airline alters or cancels your booking, we may not be able to assist with additional changes or refunds, and the refund process could take longer.
If you contact the airline directly for modifications, you may be charged additional fees by FAREPACT.COM for the changes as per our Terms of Service.
If you are unable to travel due to a medical issue, you may cancel the ticket (if refundable) by paying the airline penalty and our service fee. Alternatively, you can reschedule the trip by paying any associated penalties, service fees, and fare differences or keep the ticket open for future travel within a certain period, if allowed by the airline. Otherwise, the ticket value will be forfeited.
We may charge a service fee per ticket for cancellations, date changes, and changes to non-refundable tickets. Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking for reservations made through our partner sites but this will be not applicable for LCC airlines.
